REFUND POLICY

1 | All Sales Are Final
Due to the energetic, spiritual, and digital nature of our offerings, **all sales made through Golden Soul Empress™ are final and non‑refundable**. This applies to every service, digital product, ritual, reading, healing session, course, and event.
2 | No Returns, No Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a purchase is completed, the transaction is considered final. By purchasing from Golden Soul Empress™, you expressly agree to this policy.
3 | Digital Product Policy
All courses, e‑books, PDFs, affirmations, reports, and templates are deemed fully delivered once your download link or email access is issued. Because access to digital content cannot be revoked, **digital products are strictly non‑refundable**.
4 | Energy Work, Readings & Live Sessions
Energetic services—including biotherapy, pendulum healing, tarot, astrology consultations, and rituals—often commence energetically before the scheduled appointment. Accordingly, they are non‑refundable once booked. Missed sessions may be rescheduled at Golden Soul Empress™’s discretion but remain ineligible for refunds.
5 | Exceptional Circumstances (Founder Incapacity)
In the **rare event** that Karolina Wilczynska, Founder of Golden Soul Empress™, is **permanently incapacitated through death** or experiences a **documented medical hospitalization lasting more than 30 consecutive days**, we will refund PRE‑PAID, **undelivered live services only**. Digital products will **not** be refunded under any circumstances, as they remain fully accessible. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of verification.
6 | Duplicate Transactions or Technical Errors
If you suspect you were charged twice or encountered a technical glitch at checkout, please email *contact@goldensoulempress.com* within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and, if appropriate, refund accidental duplicate charges.
7 | Chargebacks and Unauthorized Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Golden Soul Empress™ is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent denial of future service. We reserve the right to pursue outstanding fees, legal costs, and damages associated with fraudulent disputes.
8 | Policy Acknowledgment
By purchasing any product or service from Golden Soul Empress™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full. Your payment constitutes a sacred energetic exchange, and we honour the value of every transaction.
