Shadow & Taboo™ Healing · 6 Sessions offers an extended private experience for what carries greater depth, complexity, or history.
Across six sessions, we have the time to explore what you are carrying, recognise what may sit beneath it, and continue working with what emerges as the process develops.
This experience may suit something you have lived with for years, a recurring pattern, a deeply private experience, or several interconnected areas you are ready to understand more fully.

Shadow & Taboo Healing creates space for subjects that can be difficult to discuss openly.
✦ Shame, guilt, anger, resentment, jealousy, or emotional extremes
✦ Grief, betrayal, rejection, abandonment, or estrangement

✦ YOUR SIX PRIVATE SESSIONS ✦
Each Shadow & Taboo Healing experience includes 90 minutes of private work.
Each experience includes my personal preparation, our private one-to-one conversation, and individual healing and energetic work.
At your first reserved appointment time, I will contact you personally to begin our private conversation.
Your remaining five sessions will be scheduled with you during our first session.
I choose the work based on what you need and what emerges during our time together.
After each session, you receive a short private voice message with any final insight or guidance.
✦ PRIVATE PREPARATION ✦
Before your first session, you will receive a Private Session Form where you can share what has brought you to this work and anything you would like me to know beforehand.
A recent photograph will also be requested before your first session for the healing and energetic work.
Please return your completed Private Session Form and photograph at least 48 hours before your first scheduled appointment.
I personally review your form in advance, giving me valuable context before our work begins.

Six sessions allow greater space for experiences that carry several layers or patterns that have developed over time.
Rather than approaching each appointment in isolation, our work can continue from what has already emerged while giving new insights, changes, and deeper areas the attention they deserve.
Some things become clearer only when we give ourselves enough time to truly see them.
