COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STATEMENT

1 | Ownership & Authorship

All original content, materials, and methodologies (collectively “Golden Soul Empress™ Intellectual Property”) are the exclusive property of Karolina Wilczynska, operating as Golden Soul Empress™. Ownership is automatic upon creation and protected worldwide under the Berne Convention, the Canadian Copyright Act, TRIPS, and all other applicable international treaties and statutes.

2 | Scope of Protected Works

• Written works: articles, manuscripts, reports, scripts, workbooks, and website copy.
• Visual works: logos, illustrations, photographs, layouts, fonts, brand style guides.
• Audio‑visual works: videos, meditations, voice notes, podcasts, and sound healings.
• Digital products: PDFs, e‑books, templates, affirmations, journals, ritual scripts.
• Service frameworks: tarot spreads, pendulum charts, biotherapy protocols, energy‑clearing techniques.
• Proprietary names, slogans, taglines (e.g., “Your Energy is the Wealth. Your Presence is the Spell.”).
• Client deliverables: onboarding kits, certificates, and custom ritual documents.
• Encrypted or energy‑coded symbols, sigils, and multidimensional signatures.

3 | Trademark Rights

Golden Soul Empress™ and all associated trade dress, logos, and brand identifiers are trademarks‑in‑use in Canada and other jurisdictions. Any unauthorised use, registration, or imitation that is likely to cause confusion, dilution, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited and subject to civil and criminal penalties.

4 | Personal License (Permitted Use)

Upon lawful purchase, the Client receives a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the specific service or digital product for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted, expressly or implicitly.

5 | Prohibited Uses

• Reproducing, reposting, republishing, or redistributing any portion of the Intellectual Property.
• Creating derivative works, translations, adaptations, or summaries for public or commercial use.
• Removing copyright, trademark, or watermark notices.
• Using any content to train or develop artificial‑intelligence or machine‑learning systems.
• Employing the Intellectual Property in a manner that implies endorsement by or affiliation with Golden Soul Empress™ without written consent.

6 | Collaborator & Contractor Obligations

All independent contractors, freelancers, or collaborators acknowledge that any contributions created for or on behalf of Golden Soul Empress™ are works‑made‑for‑hire and shall become the sole property of Golden Soul Empress™. All drafts, source files, and archives must be deleted or returned upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7 | Enforcement & Remedies

Golden Soul Empress™ vigorously protects its Intellectual Property. Remedies for infringement include, but are not limited to:

• Immediate injunctive relief to cease unauthorised use.
• Statutory or actual damages under 17 U.S.C. § 504 or equivalent statutes.
• Recovery of profits, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees.
• DMCA takedown notices and domain seizures.
• Criminal prosecution for willful infringement where warranted.

8 | Indemnification

By accessing or utilising any Golden Soul Empress™ Intellectual Property, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Karolina Wilczynska and Golden Soul Empress™ from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Statement or misuse of the Intellectual Property.

9 | No Waiver & Severability

Failure to enforce any provision of this Statement does not constitute a waiver of such provision. If any clause is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10 | Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Statement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any disputes arising under this Statement.
